Marketing Week’s exclusive 2025 Career & Salary Survey of more than 3,500 marketers found 58.1% had felt overwhelmed over the past 12 months, with 50.8% reporting emotional exhaustion and 48.2% feeling a lack of enjoyment in work that used to engage them.
