How can I subscribe to Marketing Week?

You can find subscription optionshere. 

If you are a registered user of marketingweek.com, you will be asked to sign in during the checkout process to then purchase a subscription. 

If you are not a registered user of marketingweek.com, you will be asked to register before then purchasing your subscription. 

Will my subscription renew automatically?

All our subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. 

You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time so your subscription does not renew in the future; however, no refunds will be given if payment has already been taken for your active subscription period. 

Can I try a subscription before committing?

Yes! There are two ways to explore a Marketing Week subscription before making a commitment:

1. Free Registration – Sign up for free and access up to five subscriber-exclusive articles per month.

2. £1 Trial – Get full access to Marketing Week for 30 days for just £1. You can cancel anytime during your trial.

How do I access my subscription?

All you need to do is log-in on marketingweek.com to start reading, and don’t forget to sign-in to view exclusive subscriber only content.

What if I lose/forget my login details?

You can reset your password here.

How can I change the email address associated with my subscription?

Please sign in to your account on marketingweek.com. Then head to the My Account page and click on theUsername or Passwordtab. 

Can I share my subscription login details with anyone?

Your subscription is for your personal use only. You may not share your username and password with anyone else. Also, your subscription cannot be transferred or resold. Other restrictions also apply. Please see our terms and conditionsfor full details.

Billing and payments

How can I pay for a subscription?

You can pay for your subscription by credit or debit card. By doing so, you authorise us to take payment from the credit or debit card chosen by you on a recurring annual basis (auto-renewal).

Alternatively, if you are interested in a subscription for your team, payment may be made by invoice. For more information on team subscriptions, click here.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

All subscription payments must be made before access to the site is granted.

I have signed up for the £1 trial, how does it work?

Get full access to Marketing Week for 30 days for just £1. You can cancel anytime during your trial.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue as a full 12-month subscription and you will be charged the full subscription fee.

Cancel your subscription during your trial period by visiting ‘my account’ and using the ‘manage’ drop down to disable auto-renewal.

Cancellations and refunds

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, however the notice will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Once your subscription has been activated it cannot be cancelled. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, except in very limited circumstances which are detailed in our terms and conditions. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, so your subscription does not renew in the future.
