‘It’s not my syndrome’: How marketers can stop feeling like imposters

While there’s no quick fix for imposter syndrome, businesses recognising the value of marketing and a greater sense of empathy across the industry would be a good start.

If the answer is dreading Monday morning, perhaps it’s time to rethink whether your job is making you happy.

“Sunday night fears are an absolute truism for anyone who’s struggling, or not happy or not enjoying and thriving at work,” says Nishma Patel Robb, founder of female-focused personal brand accelerator Glittersphere.

“Then being able to pull that apart to go: ‘How much of that is the environment? How is it we make decisions? Where are the problems? You do all of that before you go to the individual.”
