Marketing Week Awards 2025 are open for entries

Marketing Week’s annual celebration of effectiveness, creativity and innovation returns for 2025 with a stellar panel of senior marketers lined up to determine the winners.

The Marketing Week Awards 2025 are now open for entries and will once again celebrate the most effective, creative and innovative work and people in the industry.

Brands and agencies across marketing services are all invited to submit their work. With over 30 categories in the 2025 Marketing Week Awards, the awards cover every aspect of marketing, from strategy to execution, B2B and B2C.

This year, we have grouped categories slightly differently. The categories will fall under four sections – sector, channel, strategy, and people and partnerships.

There are also two news categories: Best Use of AI (in strategy) and Marketing Excellence and Capability Building (in people and partnerships).

Entrants will be assessed by more than 50 CMOs and executives from marketing organisations in a range of sectors.

Confirmed judges to date include:

  • Munnawar Chishty, GB marketing director, Britvic
  • Matt Bushby, CMO, Rightmove
  • Kerttu Inkeroinen, marketing and e-commerce director, Lucky Saint
  • Dan Sherwood, CMO, Santander
  • Naomi Walkland, CMO, Motorway
  • Dave Stratton, marketing director, broadband and connectivity, Sky
  • Mark Brown, CMO, Hovis

All entrants are subject to a rigorous entry process and forensic panel. For every category, entrants will be asked to illustrate achievements against business objectives and show how activity serves strategy.

Success will be celebrated widely, with winners displayed on a dedicated page and their stories told to Marketing Week’s global audience of senior marketers as examples of best practice.

M&S, Warner Bros. Discovery and Lidl win big at the Marketing Week Awards

Last year’s winners include Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland, which claimed the coveted Grand Prix award for its highly effective campaign for the Barbie movie, which contributed to the movie’s record-breaking box office success.

Marks & Spencer was awarded the prestigious Brand of the Year Award for reinvigorating its style perceptions and engaging customers in new ways since launching its ‘Reshape for Growth’ strategy two years ago.

Last year’s Marketing Week coverage can be found here, with winners’ stories, interviews and dedicated podcasts.

Marketing Week editor-in-chief Russell Parsons says: “The Marketing Week Awards are one of the highlights of our year. We get to celebrate success. And in challenging times, that’s really important. Not only to remind people what’s possible but to champion marketing excellence.

“I look forward to seeing the many success stories the marketing industry has to tell.”

The early bird deadline for entries is Friday 11 April. The ceremony will be held in London on Thursday 23 October 2025.
