Yum! Brands hails impact of AI personalisation on consumer engagement
The KFC and Taco Bell owner saw positive growth in Q3, fuelled by new AI personalisation tools driving consumer engagement and decreasing churn.
Yum! Brands has praised its newly launched personalised AI-driven marketing campaigns for generating significant increases in consumer engagement.
Speaking to investors today (5 November) while announcing its Q3 results, CEO David Gibbs spoke of his excitement at launching AI-driven personalisation campaigns in the quarter and said it was done in a “coordinated way” across the company’s three large brands in the United States only.
Gibbs explained the firm’s “digital ecosystem” helps the teams working on the likes of KFC and Taco Bell leverage data and learn more about customers.
