Chase, the American bank owned by finance giant JPMorgan, has been an established brand in the US since 2000, but that was no guarantee of success when it launched into a competitive banking category in the UK back in 2021.

Celebrating its three-year anniversary in the UK this month, Chase has reached over 2 million customers and amassed £20bn in bank deposits, while doubling its brand awareness to 79%. It’s a positive start but CMO Deborah Keay doesn’t want the brand to rest on its laurels and has big plans for the digital bank’s future.
