What is Marketing Week's Festival of Marketing?

Festival of Marketing is a leading event designed for marketers, offering cutting-edge insights, expert-led sessions, and valuable networking opportunities. Brought to you by Marketing Week, Festival provides actionable strategies, industry-leading speakers, and in-depth discussions on the biggest challenges and opportunities in marketing today.

When is Festival of Marketing taking place?

Festival of Marketing takes place on Thursday 2 October from 08:00 to 17:00.

The main Festival event timings are as follows:

08:00 – 08:45: Welcome refreshments and networking
09:00: Opening Headliner
16:15: Closing Headliner
17:00: Event close

Where is Festival of Marketing 2025 taking place?

Festival of Marketing takes place on Thursday 2 October, The Brewery, 52 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4SD.

The Brewery is close to Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican tube stations.

There are no onsite car parking facilities, the nearest public car park can be found at The Barbican. There is also limited pay and display street parking available nearby.

PASSES & REGISTRATION

What is included in my Festival pass?

Your pass to Festival of Marketing 2025 includes:

  • Interactive experiences – Participate in workshops, roundtables, and live Q&As.

  • Lunch and refreshments – Enjoy complimentary snacks, lunch, tea, coffee, and water.
  • Marketing Week access – 3-month subscription (worth £455 p/a).

If you have a VIP Pass, you’ll also receive additional benefits such as priority seating, exclusive networking opportunities, and access to a VIP lounge.

What happens if I can no longer attend?

As per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds if you are no longer able to attend. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. If you wish to do this, please get in touch with us. 

What do the different ticketing prices mean?

We have different prices for different ticket types, you can choose either a standard, VIP or Group pass.

We also have a limited number of Early Bird passes.

Is there a loyalty discount if I have attended before?

If you attended the Festival of Marketing last year, you’ve been invited via email to register your interest for this year’s event. By doing so, you’ll receive priority access to discounted Early Bird passes.

Can I switch my pass into a colleague's name?

You can transfer your ticket to someone else. If you wish to do this, please get in touch with us. 

Are early bird discounts available?

Yes, a limited number of Early Bird passes are available at a discounted rate. Once these sell out, Team, VIP, and Standard passes will remain at full price. Secure your pass early to get the best rate!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can find our cancellation information in the Delegate Terms and Conditions. 

Where can I buy a pass onsite?

All passes must be purchased in advance of the Festival of Marketing. With three consecutive sell-out years, we strongly recommend securing your pass early to guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment.

Can I purchase a group ticket or bring my team?

Yes, we offer discounts for Teams. For more information get in touch here.

When will I receive my Festival pass?

When you book you will receive a booking confirmation email from festival-of-marketing-2025@livebuzzreg.com, within this email you will be able to see your pass number and a bar code.  

If you are a standard pass holder, you will receive your PDF pass within a week of Festival of Marketing. Where possible please print this pass and bring with you for fast-track enter.  

For VIP pass holders, you do not need to print your badge prior to arrival at the venue.   

I can’t find or haven’t received my Festival pass

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major card providers.

Can I make a purchase using financing platforms like Klarna or Afterpay?

Unfortunately not at this time.

Can I pay via invoice?

If you are unable to complete your booking using a card please get in touch here.

I need a VAT receipt – is this provide?

You are provided with a VAT receipt after checking out.

I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

EVENT LOGISTICS & ACCESS

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

The full event agenda, including session topics, speakers, and timings, will be available to view here.

How do I get to Festival of Marketing?

Festival of Marketing 2025 will take place at The Brewery, London. The venue is easily accessible by public transport, with nearby tube stations including Moorgate, Barbican, and Liverpool Street.

There are no onsite car parking facilities, the nearest public car park can be found at The Barbican. There is also limited pay and display street parking available nearby.

What happens when I arrive?

Print your pass

Your Festival Pass will be sent to you separately. Avoid the queue by printing before you arrive. Simply print it, bring it with you and grab a lanyard on arrival.

VIPs will not need to print their pass as it will be pre-printed for you onsite.

Already printed your badge?

If you’ve already printed your pass at home, simply head to the archway on Milton Street where a member of the Festival team will welcome you and give you your lanyard.

Not able to print your badge before you arrive?

If you aren’t able to print your pass before you arrive, don’t worry, our registration team will be there to help. Enter the Chiswell Street Dining Rooms on the corner of Chiswell Street and Milton Street and have your booking confirmation email to hand on your phone. The team will then hand over your lanyard and print your pass for you.

What happens if I arrive late, will I miss registration?

If you’re going to be a little late arriving and won’t make it until after 10am, please use the Milton Street archway entrance when you get there. If you haven’t printed your pass at home, you will be able to do so inside The Brewery. 

Once inside, please feel free to take advantage of our complimentary cloakroom located in the main entrance of The Brewery.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code at Festival however a couple of entrances to stages are via the courtyard so you may want to wrap up warm or bring an umbrella just in case! 

Are lunch and refreshments provided?

Water, teas and coffee will be served throughout the day. A selection of lunch options will be served in various locations around the venue between 12:00-14:00. You are able to take food and drink into the stages so don’t miss any content!

If you do have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know during registration and do make a member of The Brewery staff aware.

Please note, you cannot bring food into the venue.

Can I bring food and drink onsite?

Unfortunately, no. however, we will provide you with refreshments throughout the day and lunch from 12:00-14:00. 

I have specific dietary or access requirements

Is there photography and videography happening during the event?

Yes, we will be visually capturing many of the elements of Festival of Marketing to use in future marketing materials.

How can I tag Festival on my social media posts?

The official hashtag of Marketing Week’s Festival of Marketing is #FoM25. Be sure to share your Festival experience on social and follow live updates throughout the day. Don’t forget to tag us in anything you post. 

Will there be WiFi?

Free WiFi is available throughout the venue, all you need to do is search for the Brewery_WiFi network, no password needed. 

Can I bring my dog?

We love our furry friends, however only service animals are allowed to attend Festival of Marketing. 

Will presentation slides be circulated afterwards?

We realise that you can’t attend every session, so this year, courtesy of Marketing Week, we will be providing summaries of the stages. The best bits if you will!

After Festival of Marketing we will share a link to Festival Wrapped; it will feature a selection of key session synopses, quotes, practical takeaways, insight and analysis all curated by the Marketing Week team. This will be an invaluable resource to take the learnings from Festival and apply them to your day to day.

Where should I stay for Festival of Marketing?

Festival of Marketing conveniently takes place in central London where there are a range of independent and chain hotels available.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

You can view the Agenda here. We will continuously be adding new speakers and sessions so keep an eye on your inbox for the latest updates.

When will the full speaker lineup be announced?

All our content sessions will be announced by September. Please note, sessions may be subject to change.

Do I need to pre-book my place on a session?

Yes, you MUST pre-book via the Festival of Marketing 2025 app.

How do I book my place on a session?

Make sure you check your schedule on the Festival App, as there might have been some last-minute changes to your agenda.

Please arrive on time for sessions to avoid disappointment. If you have reserved your space in a session, you must arrive no later than 5 minutes before to guarantee your place. We have a packed programme and we don’t want anyone to miss out.

You will still be able to book sessions while you’re onsite through the Festival App, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as sessions do fill up.

If you no longer wish to attend a particular session, please remember to remove it from your schedule so the place can become available to somebody else.

If you aren’t changing rooms between sessions, please have your app QR code ready on your badge or phone and a member of the team will scan you in your seat.

What happens if I want to attend a session which is already fully booked?

We would recommend that if a session is full, you select an alternative one to attend which still has seats available to be reserved.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes, you can network in any of the lounges onsite.
