All entrants will be notified as to whether or not they have been shortlisted in late July 2025. Shortlisted entrants will receive assets they can share on social media, as well as priority booking for the Awards.
The Marketing Week Awards 2025 winners are announced at the Awards Ceremony at The Londoner on Thursday 23 October 2025.
Our judges are an unrivalled group of senior marketers in number, seniority and expertise. From a range of industries, they are some of the most respected individuals in the world of marketing.
Entries will be judged by a senior judging panel that is as diverse and varied as the categories available to enter. The jury comprises CMOs, CEOs, Brand Directors and other senior leaders from some of the most innovative marketing organisations. Your work is to impress and demonstrate your boldness to those who have seen it all. The Talent Trailblazer and Marketer of the Year awards will have separate judging panels.
All judging decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Early Bird entries are charged at £449 + VAT per entry (price expires at midnight on Friday 11 April 2025).
Standard entries are charged at £549 + VAT per entry (price expires at midnight on Friday 9 May 2025).
Extended Deadline entries are charged at £649 + VAT per entry (price until midnight on Friday 23 May 2025)

Yes! The Marketing Week Awards offer a three-tier pricing structure, meaning the earlier you submit your entry, the lower your entry fee. Take advantage of early-bird rates to secure the best price before fees increase at later deadlines.

The Marketing Week Awards are open to any brand or marketing services provider from any and all countries globally, that contributed to a campaign or communication as outlined in the category descriptions. The campaign must have been launched or shown substantial, measurable progress during the judging eligibility period which runs from 1 January 2024 to 1 June 2025 inclusive.
The entry, submitted online, comprises a 140-word executive summary and three sections with a maximum of 500 words each. You may also upload supporting creative images and charts to help illustrate the entry and aid the judges in their evaluations. Each entry should cover three core areas, laying out the objectives, implementation and results of the work undertaken.
Yes, you can submit as many entries as you like. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each submission.
Yes, you can submit the same entry into more than one category. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each category the entry is submitted into.
The activity period is from 1 January 2024 to 1 June 2025 inclusive.
Any submitted entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until the entry deadline (Friday 23 May 2025), upon written request to the organisers; however, once the entry is submitted the entry fee is non-refundable.
Yes, you can log in and out of the entry platform to edit and save your entry form/s until you are ready to submit.
No, entries cannot be edited once they have been submitted. Please make sure the information and supporting materials are final before you submit an entry.
If editing is absolutely essential post submission, we can un-submit your entry for you so you can log back in, make your edits, and then resubmit the form. HOWEVER, you will be charged the entry price WHICH APPLIES ON THE DATE OF RE-SUBMISSION (i.e. if you have entered at the Early Bird price, but then need to edit your entry and re-submit it at the Standard Entry price, you will be charged the Standard Entry price when you resubmit, and will be required to pay the difference).
Entry fees are paid online via the entry platform when you submit your entry/ies. Payment must be made by credit/debit card and is due immediately. If opting to pay via invoice (available for orders over £500 only), payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Yes! All members of our judging panel will sign an NDA and details provided in the ‘Confidential Information’ section of the entry form will be used only for judging purposes (no inclusion in editorial coverage etc.).

Priority table booking will be available to shortlisted entrants a week before tickets go on general sale. As tickets for the Awards have sold out for the last three years, we do advise booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
