Why Marriott is launching its first EMEA campaign for its Bonvoy loyalty proposition  

Marriott wants to up its brand awareness and usher more customers through its doors as it releases its first EMEA campaign for its loyalty scheme.

Five years on from the launch of its much-lauded Bonvoy loyalty programme, Marriott is releasing its first EMEA-specific advertising campaign to highlight the diversity of its portfolio of hotel brands through the lens of its loyalty proposition.  

The campaign, which is releasing in the UK, Germany and Saudi Arabia, aims to grow brand awareness for the group’s offering and set the stage for the next phase of evolution for the brand. As Andrew Watson, vice president of marketing, brand and digital, tells Marketing Week: “We’re looking to continue to evolve Bonvoy into a travel programme that connects people with their passions and experiences.”
