Most B2B marketers are open to leaving their jobs, study finds

Almost a quarter of B2B marketers are actively looking for a new role, while 32% are open to opportunities.

Marketers are stretched, budgets are stretched – and it looks like B2B marketers’ patience is also being stretched.

Most B2B marketers are open to a new role (55%) if the right opportunity came along, according to LinkedIn’s 2024 B2B Marketing Benchmark data with Ipsos.

Split by seniority, B2B CMOs (46%) and other marketing C-suite members (55%) are more likely than directors and managers (39%) to say they have no plans to leave their current job. However, this still means 54% of CMOs are on the lookout for something new.
