Gather enough marketers in a room for long enough and without fail one of them will mention personalisation as the key to winning the hearts of consumers and building stronger connections.

And they aren’t necessarily wrong. More than half (60%) of consumers say they “like” personalised content, according to recent data from Intuit, with a similar number saying they would welcome further personalisation.
