Marketing Week’s annual Career & Salary Survey is now open.
Marketing Week’s Career & Salary Survey, now in its 27th year, aims to identify the key issues, challenges and opportunities for you and your career, as well as creating an accurate salary benchmarking tool for the industry.
This year we want to explore marketers’ approach to training and capabilities, examining how brands are bridging the emerging skills gaps. We will analyse how recruitment processes are evolving, the key relationships marketers are forging within their business and their sense of optimism for the future of the industry.
Elsewhere, we want to examine the impact the macroeconomic environment has had on team structures and investment in development.
