While finance is part of the equation, HSBC Life chief customer and marketing officer Raj Kumar believes the impetus for change is far broader.
“Most times when somebody says the culture needs to go it’s because there’s a massive shift in the market that necessitates a change in how you do work and how you do business,” he suggests.
