Upskilling their marketing abilities is a top priority for brands this year, according to Small Business Britain. But how do they go about it?
Small business owners “need marketing”, according to founder of Small Business Britain, Michelle Ovens.
“There are a lot of things going on in the world that they can’t change, that they can’t impact, but what they can do is work themselves to get out there and get customers,” she states.
The last few years have not been easy for small businesses. They’ve had Covid to contend with, followed by the cost of living crisis and rising inflation.
Small Business Britain has seen “huge growth” in demand for marketing skills.
